Our state-of-art automatic machine for manufacturing wet tissues in a controlled atmosphere that has zero % human handling, maintaining high degree of hygiene, ensures a high quality product of international standard. We also have a well-equipped laboratory for testing the inputs and end products.

The tissue used by us is a special non-woven material, which does not leave lint (shreds of tissue) while using. The fragrance remains unchanged due to the special nature of tissue used. The tissue is wetted with solution that is alcohol free, containing choice fragrance. Alcohol based wet tissues are considered to be unfriendly to skin as alcohol is a skin irritant and acts as an anti moisturizer especially while in contact with delicate facial skin. The use of alcohol free fragrance is our specialty. Thus, we are a wet tissue manufacturer offering face freshener wet tissue that also offers care for the skin.

As these products are used by general public, long manufacturing experience (of over 2 years) using the following procedures and documentation is needed:

Pouch Material: Multi layered Recyclable pouch material with a barrier film capable of preserving tissue wetness at least for 2 years is used. The pouch material consists of four layers viz. inner most LDP, aluminum foil, poly and outer most paper. Presence of aluminum foil as an effective barrier film makes it the best available pouch material structure for preserving wetness. This is far superior in preserving wetness of tissue to three layered (poly laminated with silver metalizer & LD) pouch material generally used by many other wet tissue manufacturers.

Tissue Material: Tissue used is pure white, lint free non-woven material free from pathogens, very soft, offering high wet tensile strength (high resistance to tearing) Tissue is highly absorbent and hence will cover larger area.

Manufacturing Procedure : The entire process from pouch making, insertion of liquid and tissue material is done using an automatic, state-of-art machinery without human handling to ensure a completely hygienic product. The process automatically marks every sachet with the batch number so that traceability, in case of any complaints, is ensured.

Apart from subjecting the raw material and packaging materials to standards from selected pharmacopoeias / industry norms, the final product shall be inspected for the following:

1. pH of the solution for skin friendly nature.
2. Leakage test using vacuum for checking sealing strength.
3. Size specification including thickness.
4. Accelerated life test at high temperature before release for public use.
5. Proper documentation of the process for a period of 2 years.
6. The product is continuously checked for a period of 2 years using control samples.
